This is a busy and varied role that will see you working on-site in Brighton as well as travelling and working at events across the UK and beyond. If you have strong IT support knowledge and experience, including setting up computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and networking. As well as being a logical thinker with great communication skills who is calm under pressure. Then this could be your ideal position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys travelling, meeting new people and attending exciting events! You will also need to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable driving a transit style van. Essentials Full UK Driving Licence, and ability to drive vans (usually transit style or smaller). Strong working knowledge of basic IT systems, small networks and WiFi, including: Network architecture, IP address protocols, subnet masking, routing, DCHP, DNS, and Firewalls. WiFi, including standard encryption options and basic mesh principles. Basic Windows group policies and hardware settings, especially regarding networking, display, sleep and standby modes.
