Workshop Assistant We are a bespoke manufacturing company based in Little Horwood Milton Keynes, we manufacture Bespoke kitchens, bedroom furniture, media walls etc for the residential market and we also manufacture bespoke furniture for the corporate market such as boardroom tables, reception desks, break out areas and media walls. We have many year s experience in the manufacturing industry, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and customer service. We currently have an exciting vacancy for a workshop assistant to join our team. The successful candidate would ideally be able to use power tools and hand tools competently or at least have a basic knowledge including the safety precautions required when using power or hand tools, full training/guidance will be given, a willingness to learn and listen is essential. The successful candidate would be required to help in all departments i.e., machine shop, spray shop and with the cabinet makers, you would be required to make collections and deliveries as well as assist with installation s, experience of driving a Luton van or similar size would be an advantage. The position is varied and physical so you would need to be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own using their own initiative, physically fit, punctual with a willing to learn from all the different departments.
