Axon Moore have partnered with a high growth business based in Leeds City Centre to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant . With a hybrid working model, you would benefit from the opportunity to work both in the office and at home. This role offers the opportunity for a bright and capable Purchase Ledger Assistant to utilise their experience in an interesting and varied role which will involve month end responsibilities.This fast paced and varied role will include the following duties: Ensure the accurate coding, processing and review of purchase ledger invoices and PO''s.Process employee expense claimsManage the input of expense claims input into the accounting ledgers.Manage and reconcile key purchase ledger control accounts.Prepare payment runsManage supplier queries.Process accruals and journalsDealing with internal queries The key skills to succeed in the role include: Purchase Ledger experienceMonth end experienceStudying or an interest in studyingConfident communication skillsStrong IT skillsGood knowledge of MS ExcelOrganised and accurateAble to manage own workload whileDeadline driven The role offers a fantastic working culture and environment, it includes the following benefits:Hybrid working25 days holiday plus stats 28,000Financial ProtectionHealthcare support ..... full job details .....
