Our client, who are a UK leading manufacturer are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join their operation near Alton on a fixed night shift basis.As a key managerial figure reporting to the Production Manager, you will take ownership of the effective and safe operation of the Production department during your shift. You will oversee high-speed, multi-labor and automated lines in a 24/7 operation, ensuring the smooth execution of Production schedules. Your leadership will be crucial in managing health and safety, quality, compliance, and production output, driving continuous improvements in safety, quality standards, cost-efficiency, and target achievement. You will work to defined processes, product specifications, and MHRA standards within a fully regulated, auditable industry.
