  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RESL (Real Estate and Secure Lending) business partners, security, and infrastructure to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. Build long-standing trusted partnerships with key business and technology teams.

  8. Oversee the engineering budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support key projects and initiatives. Create and maintain KPIs across the portfolio to monitor reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  1. At least 5+ years of experience in software development. Previously worked as a technical lead or project lead for 2+ years.
  2. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science is highly advantageous.
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex software in an agile manner.
  4. Ability to manage a portfolio of projects, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision in a rapidly changing environment.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage intuition and judgment to make informed decisions in scenarios where perfect information may not be available.
  6. Insatiable curiosity, with a passion for learning new domains, keeping up with industry innovation, and constantly questioning the status quo.
  7. Excellent communication skills with a knack for setting clear expectations.
  8. Experience navigating and leading in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  9. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and best practices.
