This organisation has a physical presence in many of our towns and cities across Northern Ireland, having steadily expanded their services to the public over the past 50 years.To ensure their properties and estate are maintained and improved, this organisation are seeking an estates professional to join their team on a permanent basis.Your new role Based from Newtownards, Antrim or Portadown you will join an experienced team where you will report to the Director of Business Support.The primary responsibilities of this role are to ensure all properties are suitable for operational needs. This will include managing the planned preventative maintenance programme, coordinating reactive maintenance, and playing a key part in managing building projects.
