Your new company Hays Recruitment are excited to support our client, an award-winning manufacturing company based in Standish, Wigan, in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Co-Ordinator to join their team.Your new role As the Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager to ensure the company adheres to the latest quality standards. You''ll oversee the accuracy and availability of quality documentation, assist in investigating non-compliance issues, and ensure that corrective actions are effectively addressed. You''ll work collaboratively with departments such as Production, Quality Control (QC), and Research and Development (RandD) to drive continual improvement and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).Key Responsibilites include: Maintain and accurately complete all required documentation within deadlines. Ensure compliance with QMS procedures and assist with management reviews. Support and coordinate the internal audit schedule. Assist in preparing data for regular non-conformance reviews, including monitoring customer complaints and QMS objectives. Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standards. Monitor and analyse quality performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Document and track corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues. Support continuous improvement efforts in quality processes.
