With a strong focus on internal growth and development, there is a clear path for progression within the company.Key Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally to uphold and enhance site hygiene standards.Maintain and update cleaning schedules, CICs, and training records.Train and develop hygiene teams, ensuring compliance with all procedures.Monitor and improve hygiene processes, reducing cleaning times where possible.Support audits, cleaning validation, and hygiene management system updates.Manage hygiene stock, equipment, and liaise with external service providers.Ensure documentation and site hygiene standards are always audit-ready.Deputize for the Hygiene Manager and take on leadership responsibilities.
