What we''re looking for:As a Senior CandI Engineer - RPS, you will provide technical expertise across the lifecycle of hardwired protection and accident management systems for the SMR nuclear power plant ''reactor island''.This covers the delivery of the complete design of the systems, spanning requirements gathering, development of system architecture, sub-system design and equipment specification, and design / selection to realise the final verified design of the systems in support of the overall design of the power station.You will do this by working closely with the engineering teams from across the reactor island and applying a structured systems engineering approach to design.
