Hays have partnered with a global mining conglomerate to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator to an initial 6-month contract, with a good chance of extension. Initially working across a cyber/network project in its execution phase, once that's complete you'll then be resourced out to other areas within ICT as required. Your new role
As the Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting your Project Manager/s to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget. Your core duties and abilities will include:
Monitoring project schedules and monitoring project status to address issues/bottlenecks when necessary Maintaining exceptional project documentation, keeping meeting minutes and keeping project records/reports up to date Strong skills in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Skills in Microsoft Project will be very highly regarded What you'll get in return
You'll be offered an initial 6-month contract, with a strong chance of extension beyond the initial term due to ongoing work. You'll work alongside a high-performing team who will support you succeed, and be remunerated at a daily rate between $650 - $750/day + superannuation.
