You will play a vital role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure tenants are satisfied with the contractor s work.Manage tenant complaints, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with management and install teams to facilitate work alteration and improvements.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and issues in the property management system.
