Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer Location: West and North Yorkshire Salary: £28,000 - £29,500 per annum Employment Type: PermanentCompany Overview: Our client is a planned works contractor that delivers kitchen and bathroom upgrade programme for a housing association. Due to growth, they are looking to a TLO to join their team,Role Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and empathetic Tenant Liaison Officer. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly while creating a positive living experience. You will play a vital role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure tenants are satisfied with the contractor s work.Manage tenant complaints, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with management and install teams to facilitate work alteration and improvements.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and issues in the property management system.
