They are seeking a setter to join their team on a permanent late shift. Key Responsibilities Injection Moulding Setter (Late Shift) Fit and set both insert and full tools to our range of moulding machinesEnsure zero moulding defects or reworkEnsure cycle rates are achieved or exceededCarry out cleaning of the machines to ensure 100% uptimeComplete first off inspection of partsBasic maintenance and cleaning of tools before, after or during production runsKeep a tidy and safe working environmentOperate up to 5 machines when required when machine setting is not required Qualifications and Experience Injection Moulding Setter (Late Shift) Experience of setting mould machinesExperience in multi cavity, hot runner and hot tip systemsKnowledge of engineering polymers and the optimisation and processing of these materialsA constant focus on quality and speedExperience of Lean and/ or 5S is an advantageMust be self-motivated, adaptable and organised and be able to use your own initiative.A positive can do attitude is encouraged and embraced For more information on this role, please contact Andrew Haddon on (phone number removed) or send a copy of your CV to (url removed)Omega Resource Group is an employment ..... full job details .....
