We are looking for an experienced Awareness and Training Specialist to drive cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, risk management, Trusted AI, and resiliency awareness and training initiatives within the Trust Organization. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our teams informed, engaged, and aligned with Autodesk’s commitment to being a Trusted Partner for our customers, employees, and communities.

This is a fully remote 4-month contract position available to candidates based in Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager of Training and Awareness.

Responsibilities
- Develop and support internal security and privacy awareness campaigns through various formats, including communications, videos, presentations, and training sessions.
- Oversee the production and distribution of newsletters.
- Review and refine ad-hoc awareness content, ensuring proper approvals and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Share updates, work in progress, and key milestones related to awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Principal Strategic Engagement Manager on Trust Organization communications for larger strategic initiatives.
- Create supplemental training materials such as infographics, job aids, and FAQs.
- Maintain and update SOPs, reports, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of training and awareness programs.

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Ability to craft professional, engaging company-wide messaging.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in strategic engagement, training and awareness, or corporate communications.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in security and data privacy.
