This role will form part of the senior leadership team and will report into the MD. You will lead a Sales team in executing the sales strategy and ensure KPI''s and SLAs are met. The Sales team is key to the success of the business, supporting the customer and branch network and is currently a team of Customer Development Managers operating across the entire network who are responsible for circa £10m annual revenue. You will lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to increase their capability and overall success. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience within a similar level role, where you have managed, led and developed a sales team (B2B).
