Salary - £77,000 per annum Contract type - Permanent Working hours - Full time - 37hours Closing date - 03/11/2024 Interview date - TBC About the role GreenSquareAccord has a legal duty to ensure our properties and customers homes are well maintained and safe. We must adhere to pertinent regulations to service and maintain gas, electric and fossil fuel appliances within our properties. This role will be responsible for the delivery of electrical testing and repairs, gas and oil heating servicing and repair and replacement in properties GreenSquare own, and provide a Management function for the team as a whole. A great deal of diligence is required to plan and monitor our progress to ensure GreenSquareAccord are compliant at all times. You will ensure we adhere to relevant service and maintenance standards, maintaining 100% compliance with service and inspections cycles and meeting our KPI metrics. You will ensure that your team works safely at all times and keeps our residents safe. Delivering timely repairs and maintenance and planned investment programmes to minimise disruption.
