Bodyshop Manager Basic £45,000 OTE - £55,000 Accident Repair Centre - Merseyside CandB Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Bodyshop Manager to join a busy and well established business in Merseyside. This role will be to manage and run the overall operations for this site. Bodyshop Manager Role Overview • Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling • Monitor individual productive performance to minimise non-productive time. • In-depth understanding of Vehicle Paint and Body repair along with strong organisational and people skills are essential. • Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations • Allocate work according to skill levels to optimise workshop efficiency • Use of in house systems (equivalent of Kerridge) • Raising job cards/invoicing jobs. Bodyshop Manager Requirements: • Experience as a Bodyshop Manager. • 5+ Years working within ARC/Bodyshop s. • Proven track record. • Stable Career history.
