What You ll Be Doing Project Oversight and Scheduling Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Team and Contractor Management Lead operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Inspection and Quality Control Conduct site inspections pre- and post-completion, offering design solutions and adjustments where needed. Progress Reporting Maintain accurate project updates and submit weekly reports to keep all stakeholders informed. What We re Looking For Certificates: CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection and a Full UK Driving License Experience: Demonstrated success in managing projects under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). preferably with a Tier 1 Principal Contractor.
