You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.Aston Cross Unit operates 24 haemodialysis stations including 4 isolation rooms, serving up to 120 patients, in partnership with university hospital Birmingham UHB using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA''s on each shift.This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week.
