You will find yourself working in a variety of settings, including the child''s own home, health and social care settings and out in the community. You will be required to support the individual''s needs by providing physical and emotional support. You will also manage the wellbeing and behaviour''s you will be assisting with the care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident and accidents reporting. You will need to Maintain professional relationships with clients, family and external health care professionals at all times.
