We are seeking a dedicated and patient SEN Teacher to join our vibrant team in Hounslow specialising in supporting Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). This role will involve delivering a broad curriculum including English, PSHE, and life skills, focusing on P Levels and helping students develop both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, including English, PSHE, and life skills, tailored to meet the individual needs of students working at P Levels.Foster independence, confidence, and self-esteem in students through teaching essential life skills, preparing them for adulthood.Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure that each student''s unique learning and emotional needs are met.Create a nurturing and positive learning environment that encourages student engagement, creativity, and progress.Assess and track student progress in line with P Level frameworks and ensure each student is progressing at their own pace.Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families, ensuring that communication is clear and consistent.
