You will have the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry. You will also have Cost Management experience and a pro-active, professional, self-motivated attitude to work. Your responsibilities will include: Advise on services costs involved in building projects Provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals Advise on contract arrangements and conditions Undertaking pre and post contract work Monitoring of change with the scope of works Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required As well as joining a supportive, progressive company where you will be encouraged to continue your professional development, you will also receive a highly competitive salary as well as car, or £5k car allowance and fuel card. ..... full job details .....
