The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the practice.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Lead and motivate the dental team, providing support, training, and guidance.Manage practice resources efficiently, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and treatment plans.Ensure exceptional patient care and experience from start to finish.Manage financial performance, including budgets, targets, and cost management.Utilise Dentally practice management software and oversee the use of digital tools, including iPads in every surgery and the iTero scanner for enhanced patient care.Build relationships with suppliers, NHS commissioners, and private healthcare providers.About the Practice:Located on Prestbury Road, Macclesfield, this practice offers excellent transport links and is situated within a friendly community.
