As the Senior IT Support Engineer you will be influential in the technical direction of the MSP arm, contributing with your experience and knowledge. Experience and Knowledge required: Microsoft 365 / Azure management / Entra ID Windows Server management GPO/DNS/DHCP On-Prem Active Directory Networking configuration and troubleshooting (CCNA Desirable) SCCM/Intune Experience in setup and deployment Teams Phone Experience desirable MS Defender for Endpoint EDR managment VMWare / Hyper-V Deployment and management of Firewalls Sound understanding of Cybersecurity principles and portocols Strong understanding of Wireless networking principles Experience with Backup technologies such as Veeam/Acronis Scripting MSP ..... full job details .....
