Commercial Manager

Aircraft Component maintenance organisation have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial, procurement and contractual matters within the company. This role supports business performance and growth through proactive contract management with customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will manage the commercial and procurement teams, ensuring efficient processes for quoting, contracting, and bought-in services that support operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.It is essential that you have management experience in an aviation MRO environment and can offer commercial experience with Contract negation and law. You should be confident managing both customer accounts and internal teamsKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary representative for all contractual issues, including contract negotiations.Develop strong working relationships with customers and suppliers at both senior and working levels.Provide commercial insights to drive profitable growth and support the organisation''s long-term goals.Review existing pricing structures and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for improved profitability.Develop, implement, and manage efficient commercial and procurement procedures.Produce KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvements.Ensure compliance with applicable customer and supplier contractual requirements and regulations (e.g., HMRC import/export, Export control).Support sales initiatives by ..... full job details .....
