Customer Support - Engineering
We are currently looking for someone who has a background in engineering for a customer service/support role – this role will suit someone who has worked as an engineer but is looking to change direction or maybe you have engineering qualifications but decided that this isn’t quite the path you want to go down….
We need someone who has excellent customer service skills, who can provide technical support and manage sales enquiries.
A customer support person who is successful in their role can expect to earn a salary of between £27 - £30k.
Working pattern - Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm – enjoy your weekends!

Your Key Responsibilities would include:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries
- Build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
- Liaising with customers, relevant departments and 3rd parties regarding product, delivery times and relevant circumstances.
- Provide capacity for processing sales orders where demand dictates
- Provide quotations
- Follow up leads and previous quotations given
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Technical knowledge
- Some previous experience in a technical support role/environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
