Our client is a luxurious new hotel offering exceptional service and exquisite dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Sous Chef to join their culinary team and contribute to the success of this prestigious new establishment. This is a rare opportunity to join a team who are passionate about food, making everything from scratch and sourcing seasonal, local produce. This will include their own beehive, vegetable garden and foraging of the local areas, to create unique dishes. The brand-new kitchen has also undergone a £500k investment into all of the latest equipment you can imagine. You will have the ability to provide input into new dishes, menu development and be responsible for providing guests with an unforgettable culinary experience. This is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, with paid breaks and overtime. Rotas are created 3 weeks in advance to provide stability.
