Work closely with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate services and provide an inclusive approach to learner education. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the educational and emotional needs of the learners. Work in partnership with, peers, parents and carers. Use the whole school facilities to ensure learners have access to the best possible education. SEN Teacher Requirements: Be committed to striving for the best outcome for the young people you work with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience Supporting young people with SEMH and/or Autism Approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with learners with complex needs.
