Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and personal development.Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies tailored to each student''s needs.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of students.Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a supportive and engaging atmosphere for all learners.Maintain open communication with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
