With strong communication skills, you''ll foster lasting relationships with customers, including Builders Merchants and Contractors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities as an Internal Salesperson:Drive sales success by meeting and exceeding personal and departmental targets.Provide basic technical advice and recommendations to customers when needed.Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.Deliver accurate three-monthly sales forecasts.Maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track progress and opportunities.Develop and nurture new and existing targeted accounts.Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential customers.Prepare and deliver quotations promptly and professionally.
