You will be joining a fast-paced environment in a brand new logistics hub around 350k sq.ft. of pallet and racking space with circa 250 colleagues across warehousing and transport Job Description As a Warehouse Operations Manager you will report into the Logistics General Manager on a daily basis and will be responsible for the following areas of responsibility within the Castle Donington, Leicestershire site. Managing around 250 colleagues across a 24/7 shift pattern of 3x shifts. Responsible for a warehouse of over 350k sq.ft. with a vast E-Commerce operation and large throughput of goods. Responsible for the management of 3x Shift Managers, 1x Inventory Manager and a CI and Stock Control team. Full budgetary PandL responsibility, alongside achieving target KPI''s and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery. Motoring productivity and cost targets alongside customer service excellence.
