Our client are currently on the lookout for a experienced enthusiastic and reliable Courier Van Driver to join their team in Sheffield

What will you be doing£

Responsibilities will include:

- Taking responsibility for a company vehicle and customer packages
- Ensuring everything is recorded with the use of a hand held scanner
- Adhering to health and safety procedures including ensuring your van in loaded securely
- Interacting with customers and a polite and professional manner and being a good brand ambassador for our client
- Up to 20 drops a day
- Start times between 0400 - 7000
- Communicating with client managers throughout your working day
- Adhering to Road Safety laws
- This role can involve some heavy lifting.

Who are we looking for£

The successful candidate will:
 

- Hold a full, UK driving licence (No more than 6 points)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate great time keeping and reliability
- Show a good use of initiative
- Be confident in driving a 3.5tn transit size van
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Used to high volume multidrop
- Show an awareness of Health and Safety procedures as well as Road and Traffic laws
