Role Overview:The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Programme Manager oversees the daily management, leadership, and coordination of the programme team to achieve successful business outcomes. This includes the deployment of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems while ensuring compliance with our clients Cyber standards and procedures set by the Steering Committee and Programme Board. Key Accountabilities:Define and align the programme''s direction with the Programme Sponsor and Cyber Senior Strategy Manager while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Work with IT and Security to deliver/ integrate IT components and ensure adherence to IT processes.Oversee IT components, integrate the programme team into the IT Security Programme, and ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives and scope.Provide leadership, supporting and developing the team while managing finances, costs, resources, and timelines.Implement change control procedures, track deliverables, and provide accurate reports to the Client Lead.Identify and mitigate risks (RAID), formally close the programme with documented lessons learned, and oversee transition to Business as ..... full job details .....
