HR Assistant - Maidstone
Contract: Part Time, or Full Time andndash; starting ASAP

Salary Range - andpound;29,000 - andpound;31,000 per annum

Supply Desk are working with an excellent secondary school in Maidstone, known for its brilliant reputation, to recruit a dedicated and qualified (Level 3) HR Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic and effective individual to support the HR Team in delivering a proactive and efficient HR service across the school community.

The successful candidate will have experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating a solid background in HR processes and handling lower-level ER casework, such as absence management and addressing minor concerns.

We are seeking a well-organised professional with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach to their work. This position offers the chance to develop your HR skills further while working closely with the HR Manager and a collaborative HR Team.

Key responsibilities will vary, so the role requires hard work, strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Previous experience in an educational setting would be beneficial but is not essential. The school values creativity and fresh perspectives to continually enhance the service provided within the Trust.

This position offers flexibility, with full or part-time hours available (ranging from 25 to 37 hours). For the right candidate, this will be a permanent position, and an increased salary may be considered depending on experience.
