The Role:

We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technician with strong technical expertise to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality architectural projects across a variety of sectors, including hotels, science and research, data centres, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

andbull; Assist in the production of technical drawings and construction packages.
andbull; Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs.
andbull; Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and planning policies.
andbull; Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
andbull; Provide Revit-based solutions to support the team in delivering innovative and efficient designs.

Requirements:

andbull; Proficiency in Revit is essential.
andbull; Experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based architectural practice.
andbull; Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes.
andbull; Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
andbull; Ability to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
