An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of property services in the UK as an RCA Manager/Building Surveyor. This is a home-based role with occasional travel in the Midlands and North of London. Key Responsibilities: Manage a national team of Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) Surveyors. Undertake surveying and insurance activities, contributing to team success. Impart technical knowledge to the team, benefitting clients and customers. Support the Director of Surveying on highly technical or process-intensive projects. Ensure RCA reports comply with RICS regulations and best practices. Supervise and motivate the surveying team, ensuring excellent performance and customer care. Develop the team s capability and product offering, identifying business opportunities. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery and maintain strong client relationships. What We''re Looking For: MRICS qualified with significant technical building surveying experience, particularly in the Insurance and Property Management sectors. Strong experience in the RCA process and a solid understanding of the Residential Property Sector and related regulations (e.g. Section 20 process, CDM). Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage contractors and consultants effectively. A deep understanding of HandS regulations and surveying practices.
