We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our client''s team in Central London. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, handling technical issues promptly and professionally.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and equipment.Assist with onboarding new employees, setting up hardware, software, and access.Support internal teams in using IT resources effectively.Document technical procedures, solutions, and support requests. Key Requirements: 1-3 years of IT support experience.Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential. Prior experience in a Financial Services company or a bank is preferred.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues independently.Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Able to work onsite Monday to Friday in Central London.
