We are searching for an experienced and hands on Head of Sales to lead an expanding sales team within the renewable energy sector!Our client is a late phases startup who specialises in the installation of heat pumps, solar PV, EV chargers, battery storage, as well as MVHR and tripled glazed windows and doors.This role is based between two offices, Daventry and York, as this is where the sales teams are based. Ideally 2 days per week in each branch is required.Job: Head of SalesLocation: Daventry - York - Travel RequiredSalary: 70,000 - 80,000 Per AnnumType: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, and Hybrid Working Head of Sales Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets.Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage the sales team.Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.Work with marketing on campaigns and promotions.Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Head of Sales Experience and Skills:Sales management experience in renewable energy or similar sector.Knowledge of renewable technologies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficient in MS Office and online tools.Full clean UK driving licence.If you have strong sales and management experience, while being a strategic thinker with a passion for renewables, this exciting new ..... full job details .....
