Production Planner NightshiftEllesmere PortSunday-Thursday23:15pm-07:00am£17.13 p/h My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field are seeking an experienced Production Planner/ Demand Planner to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.Production Planner / Demand Planner Requirements: Experience working with an MRP system to schedule productionExperience working in a manufacturing environmentSelf-motivated and results orientedExcellent organisational skillsSound judgement and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions Proven written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages Production Planner / Production Scheduler Duties: Ensure production is scheduled in a timely period to complete the production programPrimary contact for production for operationsEnsure that metrics are and customer lead times are met.Ensure that Plant costs are optimized by adapting flow plans and adjusting for different scenarios.Ensure good communication and relationship with the wider production team Monitor flows and escalate when any deviations are seen.
