We are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator to be based in Leeds on a 3 month+ contract Responsibilities: Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work Research and prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services including any transport requirements Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors Assess risk levels associated with the project Monitor costs at all stages of the project to ensure estimates are accurate Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimating Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and detailed manner Maintain records of estimated and actual costs Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in cost control methods Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations If you have the skills and knowledge required to deliver projects then please ..... full job details .....
