STEM Recruitment is seeking a Permanent Production Operative for our client based in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output. This position is available on a permanent basis and to be successful for the role you should be able to demonstrate experience in a production environment, ideally performing assembly tasks. The position is available on a rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm basis Duties: This will involve assembling products, working from drawings and using your manual dexterity. Other tasks will cover packing the final product at the end of the production line and performing basic quality checks on the finished units. Requirements: Experience in a production environment, preferably within FMCG. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work shifts as necessary. Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
