We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers for a long-term role in Chailey. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive primary school environment, delivering high-quality education and supporting students'' development over a longer period.

Key Responsibilities:

andbull; andzwj; Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with school guidelines and curriculum standards.
andbull; Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by managing classroom behaviour effectively.
andbull; Tailor lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
andbull; Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any challenges.
andbull; £ Adjust teaching strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
andbull; Adapt to the school environment, working cohesively with staff for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:

andbull; ££ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
andbull; £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
