Job Title: Graduate town planner Location: Cardiff About the Role: My client is a well established, leading planning consultancy in Cardiff and they are seeking a Graduate town planner or Town Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, working on a variety of planning projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications. Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies. Prepare planning reports and supporting documents. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Support senior planners with research and the planning application process. Participate in site visits and client meetings. About You: Degree in Town Planning or a related field. Membership or working towards membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is preferred. Some experience in planning, within a consultancy or local authority, is beneficial but not essential. Good understanding of the UK planning system. Strong report writing and analytical skills.
