As a Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business performance. You will work closely with senior management and be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentarySupport with the annual budgeting and forecasting processesMonthly balance sheet reconciliation and analysisAssist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditorsProvide financial analysis to help improve profitability and cost controlEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesSupport with the development and implementation of financial systemsProvide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by senior managementRequirements:ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards)Proven experience in a management accounting roleStrong knowledge of financial accounting principlesProficient in accounting software (experience with insert software is desirable)Excellent Excel skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholdersHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBenefits:Competitive salary of 40,000 - 45,000 per annum25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension ..... full job details .....
