Save this vacancy Role Overview:As a Utilities Consents Manager, you will oversee the management and discharge of consents, permits, and approvals for infrastructure projects in the utilities sector (Rail/Highways/Water) You will act as the key liaison between project teams, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities:Consents Management:Lead the process of securing, managing, and discharging consents in compliance with NRSWA, Electricity Act, Telecommunications Act, and other relevant legislationDevelop and maintain relationships with statutory bodies, including local authorities, utilities providers, and regulatory agencies.Support the discharge of Development Consent Order (DCO) requirements, ensuring compliance with their conditions.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for consents-related discussions, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to queries.Work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure consents are obtained and discharged without delays.Regulatory Compliance:Monitor changes in legislation and provide advice to the business on their potential impact.Ensure all consents are obtained, maintained, and recorded in line with project and legal requirements.Risk Management:Monitor project compliance with conditions set out by authorities.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all consents and approvals.Provide regular updates ..... full job details .....
