Responsibilities of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor: Greeting the customer, accepting and checking the vehicle and clarifying the customers expectations from the visit, completing the customer journey in full on every visit Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed and obtaining their approval Reviewing the diagnosis of the vehicle and delivering service advise to the customer in relation to the definition of the scope of repair required Writing orders for repair work Up selling after sales services Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders To provide the customer with solutions as well as an estimate on the time and costs involved Communicating and coordinating the pick up time and date, method and location with the customerSkills and Qualifications of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor: Excellent communication skills Second to none Customer Service skills Enthusiasm and is hard ..... full job details .....
