Chef Trainer

Overview: Chef TrainerDo you have a wide variety of experience as a Head Chef and looking for more work/life balance? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Chef who enjoys training and instructing, passing their knowledge onto the next generation of Chef professionals. You must have a background in cooking from scratch and at least 3 years'' experience in a Chef position (at least 3 years at Chef de Partie level for example) to be considered for this position. Purpose of the role: Chef TrainerOnce qualified (TAQA and AET), you will be managing a caseload of Chef learners (mixture of Level 2 - Level 4) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Chef qualifications. Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.
