Role Responsibilities: As a Credit Controller, your key focus will be ensuring timely payment for goods or services provided on credit. Your responsibilities will include: Credit Assessment: Evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories. Credit Policy Development: Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to manage risk while maintaining healthy sales and cash flow. Invoicing: Issuing accurate invoices promptly, ensuring all required information is included. Payment Monitoring: Tracking overdue payments and following up with customers via phone, email, or letters to secure payments within agreed terms.
