What will the role consist of? Looking after children''s physical, social and emotional well-beingKeep records and attend review meetings if and when requiredYou will be required to use your innitiatve to adapt class work to suit student needsWorking alongside other members of staff to provide outstanding support to all studentRecognising signs of distress in children and offering reassurance.Form positive relationships with children and support them with developing confidence in all areasWorking with children with different SEN requirements. This may be in small groups or on a 1-1 basis Requirements: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience working with SEND students is desirableHave excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHave high expectations of all pupilsHave high expectations of themselves and work collaboratively with other staffDemonstrate an excellent understanding and commitment to SafeguardingYou must either have a DBS registered with the udpate service or be willing to process and pay ..... full job details .....
