Regional HR AdvisorRemote with regular travel across the central and Northern RegionUp to 40k plus Company CarFull time and permanent The Regional HR Advisor will provider support across the business with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations across a large Midlands and Northern based client group. You will be expected to travel to sites as needed, this could be once a week or up to four times a week dependant on case load. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Support managers with ER casework and assist with meetings when requiredGive regular advice on a range of HR related queries, you must be comfortable coaching managers and providing resolutions on matters such as Flexible working requests, Maternity and Paternity pay, disciplinary and Grievances and any other part of the employee life cycle.Work with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop, map and improve processes top create efficient and user friendly systems and procedures.Provide support across the People team including support with Recruitment.Compile and distribute reports as required.
