About the Role As Senior Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic management of facilities within a vibrant and diverse environment. This role demands an expert in delivering top-tier facilities services, ensuring compliance, and leading sustainability initiatives. Develop and manage budget 20+ million, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards. Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. To deliver our clients CAPEX and OPEX plans Drive sustainability and energy efficiency projects in line with corporate objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and service providers.
